Ingredienten: Tomatos, 1 chopped onion, bouillion, chicken or vegetable, bay leaves, parsley, thyme, olive oil, flour, salt pepper cream
Voorbereiding: Peel tomatos and chop, wash and chop parsley, boil water for bouillion cubes, omit if using ready made.
Bereidingswijze: Put the olive oil in the pan, add onions, cook till see through, add tomatos and the rest of the ingr, except the flour. Take a spoon full of the soup and let cool of, ones cool add the flour, this will be used to thicken the soup. Let soup cook for aprx. 30 min. blend, add the flour mix carefully while stirring, watch out for lumps, ones done turn the gas of and add the creme, if you want to save the soup hold the cream and add that to the bowl instead, that way you can save the soup
